High pressure common rail system can precisely control the injection time and to improve thermal efficiency of engine. The characteristics affect combustion emission process Injection stability is defined as variation injection. This could have an unignored influence on engine output, while few study has been published. primary objective establish evaluation systems methods for stability. Then high system. Firstly, several parameters that important are identified. Based data obtained, it verified in accordance with normal distribution. Then, five characteristic close speed injection, cycle mass, delay, maximum rate open were quantitatively analyzed by using range, relative kurtosis variance.
